Just own the night like the 4th of July!

I sadly didn't see many fireworks this 4th but the ones I did see were fantastic, like always! They were big, bright and colorful. I saw many from a disance but these are just the few that I captured. :) I hope you enjoy them and had a great 4th yourself this year!

Chevy Silverado: Carl!

This wonderful looking Chevy is my boyfriends. After photographing my car I figured, why not photograph his? Especially since he is always needing photos of his cars for Craigslist. While we were talking about how I wanted to name my car Marilyn, he stated that he was naming his Carl. Soo here are some lovely photographs of Carl.

2004 Pontiac Grand Am

I recently purchased my first car so of course I HAD to photograph it. I love this car so much, even though it isn't perfect but what car is? I know I know....I named my car but you know what, I think the name fits perfectly (especially for those of you that know me really well). I have added all my little touches to the car already, even though I haven't even had her for a week I feel like I've had her much longer! Camo steering wheel cover, strawberry lemonade air freshener, and a rainbow flower lei hanging from the mirror. Here are some of the photos I took today of her. ENJOY! :)

Shelby Leveritt Senior C/O 2014

This lovely senior was so much fun to shoot! I was a little nervous since I had never met her and she was coming all the way from Indiana to shoot with me (I felt special). Shelby has an amazing, big and fun personality and it was a pleasure working with her! I feel that her Senior Portraits shows the wonderful personality I spoke of above. I really hope that she and her family/friends agree with me on that one! Here are just a few of my unseen favorite shots from her session!

Who doesn't love candy?! This shoot was all about candy and gorgeous colors. I have wanted to do this kind of shoot since I saw it on America's Next Top Model, which was awhile ago. I finally found some lovely models who were as interested in it as me. Of course I would never be able to do the shoot without my amazing MUAH: Victoria Kelly Hairstyling! Pin Up Girls

Since January, I have been photographing different girls for my Pin Up shoot. We started off with motorcycles and cars. Then we moved on to some props: records, record player, vintage suitcases, etc. Anything that would fit that era. Recently I have decided to make a calendar. At the beginning of the shoot I had the idea for it, but never really thought it through. A few months ago I started photographing for the calendar.
